Dianaonlineshop.COM is located at Avda. La Bisbal, s/n, 17251 Calonge (Girona), with VAT Nr. ESA17088279. Nevertheless, as it is an e-commercial shop, not open to the public, all correspondence has to be made through its email address
Diana Marketing SA does not and will not disclose any personal information to any third party, at any time, unless required to do so by law (Ley de Protección de Datos LO 5/93 de 29 Octubre de Regularización del Tratamiento automatizado de Carácter Personal.
All orders are accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general ideal of the product, specifications may vary slightly. Before confirming the orders, we recommend you to consult and check the shopping cart. Once we receive the order, dianaonlineshop will send you an email as order confirmation, with price and availability.
The prices shown in each product include all taxes, but not the cost of delivery. The delivery charge will be detailed on the invoice which will accompany the goods.
Goods supplied in Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and any country out of the EU are subject to customs clearance, of which dianaonlineshop are not responsible at any time, and which payment will correspond to the recipient or customer/clients.
We reserve the right to modify, change or cancel at any time any product, prices or part of these terms and conditions. The customer will be informed about all such changes in writing, before we proceed with the shipment on the customers authorisation.
Payment is by credit card only.
To guarantee with complete security the payment of the purchase order, we only accept payment by credit cards, using WorldPay’s secure server (Ciberpac “La Caixa” where dianaonlineshop has NO access to their customers bank details)
RETURNS & DEFECTIVE GOODS
Goods will be credited when returned within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. Any item for exchange or return has to be intact and in its original packaging and labelling, and well protected for shipping purposes. The returned item has to be in the same condition as when supplied by dianaonlineshop, The returned item has to be accompanied by the purchase invoice, specifying the reason of the return.
Not withstanding, before we can proceed with the returned item, we require an email to email@example.com, indicating the reason of the return and if you prefer to change the article or receive a refund. In this case, the money refund is the price of the article.
Delivery charges are not refundable at any time.
If the change is due to a mistake of the customer/ client (when making the order), there will be a charge of 5,00 applicable for administrative expenses. If the change is due to our internal error then the customer/client will receive the new article without additional cost.The shipment of the replaced product will be made, once we receive the defective item and check that it fulfils the necessary conditions for its acceptance. The money will be refunded once we receive the item and after checking the product. The refund will be done with the same credit card using when ordering the goods.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are in accordance with Spanish Law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of, under, or in connection with the use of this site and the purchase of goods from us, and to submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
